This singular individual has now become a charmer at stud, with his intense expression and fluid movement. With immediate consequences: Tunis is one of the five most popular active stallions in France with 175 mares covered in 2024.

His reputation now extends beyond our borders. Five of his progeny have surpassed the 100,000€ mark at sales across the Channel, including Kovanis, who at £330,000 was the top-price at the Tattersalls November Sale at Cheltenham. His Anglo-Irish appeal has also been bolstered by promising imports from his first 4-year-old crop. Here, sporting logic speaks for itself, as three black-type winners hail from his first generation, including a Group winner. The trio is composed of Knoxville (Prix Sytaj Gr.3), Kiss Langy (Prix James Hennessy L.) and Ella Duchic (Prix Gaston Branère L.). With them, Tunis has donned the robes of tomorrow's tenor.
